Fill out the request form below.

We will send you an email with a quote (if applicable) and a support reference number.

If you are happy to proceed you will be able to book a slot to drop your device in to us.

You should receive a response the same day (during opening hours).

Bring your device to us on the day and time you have selected with your repair number.

Once received, we will disinfect and assess your device for free. Assessments usually take up to 24hrs, intermittent issues may take longer.

Once your device has been assessed we will confirm a repair cost (if applicable).

If we are given repair approval, your device will be repaired within 1-2 days.

Once repaired we will run post repair diagnostics to verify the issue has been resolved.

We will contact you to let you know that your device is ready to be collected.

Payment can be taken online or over the phone (if applicable).
